However if this does pass and loans are allowed I think their has to be guidlines in place such as no loan can go longer than your subscription as other have pointed out.
And we are not talking about the free 30 extra days after your time runs out ... if you are on a one season subscription this loan, trade, draft pick or whatever must be taken care of before DAY 0 comes around.
